Walks Around Penryn
Every where you turn in Penryn there is something to discover and enjoy. An almost unaltered timeline of architecture throughout the Town, a busy river of changing colours, beautiful hidden green spaces and woodland, huge lakes and historic gardens. Legacies of the past can be found in random spots while the contemporary thriving art community and many galleries continue to add their own unique, colourful and creative charm.
Each walk takes between 1 an 3 hours. Good walking shoes, water and the all important camera are essential items. Walks centered in or around the town will enable you to stop for refreshments at any one of the lovely cafes and bars. For walks further afield we suggest carrying a pasty!
