Masterchef Peter Gorton in Penryn

Well known for his public cookery demonstrations celebrity and consultant masterchef, ‘Peter Gorton’, is coming to Penryn.

Peter, who has been working with Number 20 landlord Ed Hartgill to create an all new menu, ‘perfect for sharing’, will be returning to the venue to share his culinary skills with guests during an evening of food and quiz at the bar.

After training alongside some the of the country’s top chef’s Peter cooked his way around the world before appearing in a number of his own TV cooking programme’s, writing several cook books and becoming a regular voice on BBC radio.

‘To celebrate the launch of the new menu Peter will demonstrating how to cook a delicious Thai dish, with lots of tips to turn you into a better chef, and have that one meal up your sleeve when you want to impress that special someone. There will also be the opportunity to sample something off our new menu that we will be launching over the next few weeks. The menu has been designed to include dishes that people can share and reflects the sociable atmosphere we have here at Number 20,’  Said Ed Hartgill proprietor.
